No. We offer Lift Pro with a paid 7-day trial at an introductory price. There’s no free tier. After the trial, it renews at the regular monthly price unless you cancel it. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and may include VAT. You can cancel anytime in your profile settings — cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged again.

You can cancel your trial or subscription through your account settings or by contacting support@liftapp.ai. Cancellation stops automatic renewal, while access remains active until the end of the current period.

We strive to provide high-quality tools. But if you find that the service does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent refund process designed to be fair to both our users and our creators.

14-Day Non-Usage Refund

If you have purchased a subscription but have not yet interacted with the product (defined as zero usage of any tools), you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are typically processed for the initial payment only.

To initiate a refund, simply send a brief email to support@liftapp.ai While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we reserve the right to decline refund requests, unless mandated by law.

Note for the EU residents

If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs.

Subject to the above clause, to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by e-mail support@liftapp.ai. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
